Waves Byron Bay is a 20 room stylish boutique property located in the heart of Byron Bay opposite the Beach. Waves is known for its friendly ambience that only a Boutique property of this size can offer.

Waves Byron Bay is adjacent to Lawson Park and only 60 metres from Byron Bay's Main Beach. Dozens of restaurants, shops and cafes on-site are within 100 metres, while Byron's scenic hinterland is a brief 10-minute drive.

At the Waves, we offer guests two disinct levels of luxury in our suite accomodation, Standard Suites and State Suites. Whichever you choose, you'll wake totally refreshed and ready to enjoy Byron's many attractions.

Our state suites are extremely spacious, offering you plenty of room to spread out and relax. Each state suite is fully air-conditioned, offering the luxury of a king-size bed. A stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble features a separate bath and shower. And the two large sofa beds will sleep an extra four people.

The Bay Suite: Ocean views, and a large private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing. The Lawson Suite: Its own large, private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing. You'll also enjoy complimentary parking in our secure basement carpark.

Our Boutique and Deluxe suites are no less luxuriously appointed. Whether you choose a courtyard suite or a first floor suite, you'll still enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed (plus an additional single bed in the Deluxe Suites) and a stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble. A large sofa bed will accommodate an extra two people. You'll also enjoy complimentary parking in our secure basement carpark.

Guests enjoy a high standard of amenities. All rooms have recently been refurbished and include air-conditioning as standard, as well as direct-dial STD/ISD phones, room safes and secure undercover basement parking.
