Byron bay offers a wonderful choice of activities and experiences. The most easterly point of Australia is landmarked by an historic lighthouse which provides stunning 360 degree views of beaches, bush and hinterland. Walking tracks provide great viewing of whales, dolphins and other sea life. Scuba diving, sea kayaking, surfing and swimming allow you to make the most of the wonderful pristine waters and unspoilt beaches Byron is famous for. Explore the hinterland and MtWarning or experience the diversity and culture of a local market. At night you can enjoy some great food, listen to a band, tune into local community radio 99.9 Bay FM, enjoy the street theatre or just have a glass of wine and wind down. Lots to see and lots to do. |
