The spacious five star accommodation comprises 92 one bedroom air conditioned suites. Each suite contains a kitchen, separate lounge and dining area, plasma TV as well as two enclosed balconies.

Superior Suites: Located in close proximity to The Resort's central area, the One Bedroom Superior Suites are ideal for those who wish to take advantage of the resort's many facilities including the pool, sauna, restaurant and the luxurious Spa and Wellness Centre. The Byron at Byron Resort and Spa offers a complimentary daily yoga class to in house guests. The class begins each morning at 8am and is held on The Spa Deck over looking the sub tropical rainforest.

The Resort's daily yoga class caters to a range of experience levels including first time yoga goers and incorporates a range of yoga practices however mainly follows the key Hatha Yoga principals.
